The studio is located on Swan Street in Burnley VIC 3121, a mere 5 minute walk from Burnley Station. Nestled into the beautiful slow life of inner city Melbourne.

The space is available for private event hire, provided that Public Liability insurance is sourced for the event duration. 2BSEEN makes an ideal location for events, with the conveniences of an onsite toilet, kitchenette and various public transport options.

Your booking includes full access to the studio space, including use of all showroom furniture (which can be moved as needed and returned after use), an onsite all-gender restroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette with essentials like a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

You’ll also have access to our Bobby fridge with complimentary drinks during your hire.

Lighting, paper backdrops, and additional gear can be arranged as add-ons upon request, just let us know in advance.
